Commercialisation.
Compliant products only create value once they reach the right channels.
We commercialise pharmaceuticals, OTC and consumer-health products through pharmacy, online-pharmacy and retail channels across DACH, with partner and registration activities in Ecuador and Bolivia and commercial development in Mexico. The work includes positioning, pricing structure, wholesaler and chain listing, sales enablement and launch execution.
Our approach
Listing is a decision, not a formality.
Wholesalers and pharmacy chains evaluate margin structure, pack sizes, registration data and expected rotation. A product that ignores those criteria does not get shelf space, however good the formulation.
We build the commercial case in the terms buyers actually use, then execute the launch — because we run our own brands through the same buyers, the assumptions are current rather than historical.

Built for.
Three situations where this service pays for itself.
-
First-time market entrants
You have regulatory clearance but no distribution relationships in Europe or your selected Latin American market.
-
Stalled launches
The product is listed but not rotating, and nobody owns the commercial follow-through.
-
Licensing partners
You prefer to license the product and let a local operator carry commercial execution.
Common questions.
Straight answers — the rest we cover on a call.
Do you take products into your own distribution?
Where the category, documented responsibilities and applicable requirements fit. Alternatively we structure and manage third-party distribution.
Can you handle pharmacy-only products?
Pharmacy is our primary channel — all three of our own brands are pharmacy-first in their respective markets.
How long before a product is on shelf?
Once regulatory clearance and master data exist, listing cycles typically run one to two quarters depending on wholesaler and chain calendars.
Ready to reach the right channel?
Tell us the product, pack sizes and target channel. We will tell you what a realistic listing path looks like.
Services are scoped to the product, territory and responsibilities agreed with AFZ and qualified partners. National authorisations, MAH roles and reimbursement pathways apply only where legally applicable and explicitly mandated.
